I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being really close to the metro station. This made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, there was a shop down the block where I could easily get the keys and another shop nearby for any other needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

And thanks to its central location it was excellent, close to centre.

Pay attention to bad smell while cleaning.

Stayed at Nossa Casa, felt like I was at an outdoor concert all night. The broken shutters let in the perfect amount of street noise.

Loved the smelly linens, broken shutters, and lack of towels. Who needs hygiene when you have a perfect view of a beautiful street?

The apartment had 2 separate bedrooms which was perfect for our group. It felt spacious and comfortable, allowing everyone to have their own privacy. The living room was cozy and great for hanging out together.

Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had 2 bathrooms instead of just one.

Great location, 5 mins from Praca do Rossio. Excellent WiFi, friendly owners. Self-catering kitchen, rarely saw other guests. Clean, tidy place.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience! The super friendly host served us a jaw-dropping breakfast on arrival. The clean and comfortable room had a nice balcony with a fantastic view. Great facilities, including fast wi-fi and access to a full kitchen with milk, tea, and water. The location was perfect, with a view of a classic beautiful street and the sound of trams passing by. It felt more like a shared flat rather than a hostel, creating a unique and local experience. Incredible value for money! No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was centrally located and close to the metro and surrounding areas. the room was clean and had a balcony, which was a nice feature. the hosts were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Check-in was not well-managed and there was no one to meet us when we arrived. the facilities, such as the bathroom and kitchen, were not very clean, and there was poor ventilation, resulting in a bad smell throughout the house.

We had a fantastic stay at Nossa Casa for a week-long visit to explore Lisbon. The host was incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a delicious breakfast on our first day. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. The bathroom was spotless and the facilities, including the full kitchen with tea, milk, and water, were great. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and tram stops, and it was just on the outskirts of the historic Alfama neighborhood. We rarely encountered other guests and never had to wait for the bathroom.
